Negotiating Offers

You need an aggressive REALTOR® to get you the most money for your investment.  Most homes are being sold in AS-IS condition currently.  This means that REALTORS® should be explaining to their buyers that sellers won’t be making repairs.  The only exception to the rule is FHA buyers as the home has to pass a 4 point inspection which states roof, plumbing, electrical, and AC are all in good working order or else the lender won’t lend them the money to purchase the house.
